No idea it'll work. But hey, it's worth a shot.
I'm starting to realize that a good plan is like having a great cake recipe. As long as you have a good base, you can dress it up (or down) to whatever your tastes desire.
Is it big enough for them to hang out in if it rains? Or are you putting up a covered area? My hens are dumb and will hang out in the rain. Yours will hopefully be smarter. :)

ReplyDeleteCool! For some reason, all my friends thought chickens would go indoors in rain... and I had to tell them no. So I'm just sharing the info. :)

I appreciate it. The covered run is especially because you mentioned that Faverolles tend to run around soggy a while back. :) Hopefully we'll have some dry chickens.
